The flavors are so defined and refined. My order was absolutely cooked with love and many precision. I've had good lentils in my life but I didn't know they could be made so well with a great balance of texture and distinct flavor. Each lentil dish was completely different and hard to stop eating with every bite. Their meat was cooked as perfect as I've ever had. So tender and juicy and even cut into nice sizes. The only thing missing was the egg I'm used to in the combos. I'm curious how theirs would have tasted. The prices are appropriate for the proportions. I can't wait to share this place with others."
