"I got the Holly Jolly Matcha and was pleased with my order. The staff aren’t the most welcoming, but I kind of expected that from reading the reviews before going. Overall, this place is better than any other drive thru coffee stand in the north Seattle area. The drinks don’t have a cheap/syrupy flavor which is probably the biggest plus for me."

"Overall just a weird, chaotic experience. What an over stimulating and strange experience I've had the two times I've been here. It was slow both times I went, and yet they still take a while to get my order out. The 3 menus makes it difficult to figure out what they have, not including the specials. Then the baristas are too quiet and generally don't seem to care. My partner got the matcha and I got a mocha. If you like sweet then this is your place but it's definitely over board. Doesn't help that mine was burnt. Just strange, and not in a fun, unique or small business way."

"First time stopping here for coffee. I ordered a tall Americano with extra steamed cream and sugar free syrup not realizing this would cost me about $8. Only after I requested a receipt did I realize that they charged me 75 cents for cream. I was annoyed, but accepted the fact it was a small business. They really should have informed they were charging me 75cents for CREAM. However, I did not make a fuss as I assumed the coffee would be good. However, only after I drove away and had a drink of my coffee did I realize the coffee tasted like watery milk. There was no sugar free syrup in it and thus the drink was a tasteless, watery-cream drink with a slight tinge of coffee. As I was on the way to work, I did not have time to circle back and ask them to remake it. What a complete waste of money and time. When I got to my office, I made another cup of coffee and used the "coffee" I bought at KJ's Coffee as creamer for the coffee made in the office. Ordinarily, I support smaller businesses over coffee giants such as Starbucks. But at least with Starbucks, you know what you are getting as they are consistent. KJ's Koffee- if you want to compete with the big boys, then you better get your act together. Never again will I go there."

"I’d say my first experience wasn’t as great as my most recent ones. As I looked through other reviews, I might have also gotten the one barista who wasn’t as friendly and just gave the weirdest energy… definitely made me feel awkward. 😬 I tried to shake it off and tell myself they might be having a rough day and to give the place a second chance. Since that one time I have had pleasant exchanges with all of the baristas and am glad I came back. They are quite a busy establishment and have a small staff but they keep the lines moving! They have a drive thru (not very much space for a longer line) as well as a walk up window and a few spaces where you can park. The ladies are friendly and really kind, they’ll sometimes even leave you a chocolate covered coffee bean on top of your drink. I love that they have seasonal menus and specialty drinks. I also appreciate that they’ll help me choose a drink when I can’t decide. There are a good amount of options, dairy alternatives and some food too. The coffee is smooth, no burnt taste, and they don’t make it too sweet, so if you’re wanting a little sweet treat, maybe ask for just a little extra of whatever sweetener you’re getting. There are also stamp cards! We love a stamp card 🥰 I love that this is closer than a Starbucks and that I can support a local, woman owned coffee stand. 💜"

"Such lovely staff, Very timely, very very friendly I love coming here! About the same price you'd get anywhere else, They have punch cards so you can get $6 off a drink after 8 punches! Wish they were open later but their drinks and food are good for any time of day. Lovely outside sitting area, Plenty of seating and VERY close to public transit which is lovely for those who utilize it."
