"This Coffee Roasters offers a good experience. The coffee is good, and I enjoyed the raspberry bar from their pastry selection - it was fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, though the level of attentiveness seemed to vary depending on the customer. The space itself is inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It's worth noting there's no Wi-Fi, which may be a downside for those looking to work remotely but upside for some real human connections. During my visit, the roasting machines weren't in use, so I missed out on seeing the roasting process in action. They have ton of inventory of merchandise, from apparel and mugs to coffee grinders - great for gift shopping or coffee enthusiasts looking to gear up. Would definitely return, but there’s room for improvement to make the experience even more consistent."

"I've been coming to Lighthouse Roasters for over 17 years because it's the best coffee house in Seattle! The "Roasters Choice" coffee is the best coffee if you like strong coffee! This is a quaint place with a few places to sit and counter seating with plenty of locals dropping by for coffee. Today we were there and it was packed with a line out the door, but 30 minutes later its empty so many people come and pick up and leave. It's a pain to find parking but don't let that keep you from coming, just drive around the block or such as if you've never had the best coffee, you need too."
