"TLDR; really nice sandwiches but the soft serve was just ok. We arrived as soon as they opened and ended up being first in line. It wasn’t too crowded but a line quickly formed behind us. We ordered the Classic sandwich and the Porto sandwich with the curly fries. The potions here are absolutely enormous. The sandwiches were nearly 5 inches tall and a hot mess to eat, but were really delicious - the potato bun is fabulous, the flavors are super good. All in all, it’s a solid place to get a massive, juicy sandwich. The curly fries are phenomenal - super crisp, LARGE portion size. The only thing that let me down was their pistachio soft serve. It doesn’t quite have the creaminess that I would’ve expected from soft serve. Service is pretty quick too. It took us less than 10 minutes to get our sandwiches."

"Solid chicken sandwiches! A little stringy on the chicken bite but was flavorful, crispy and a nice sized sandwich. Went with the Basic and Original. Would get Basic again + a side of general tso! Curly fries are good - got the crunchy end pieces which are still good but got sad seeing all the other tables after us get nice basket of actual curly-curly fries! So that was a little bummer... Star of the show were the Mozzarella sticks! Cheese pull! I would def come back for that alone! Must get mozz sticks + any of their other sauces! Ice Cream was good - we got the vegan strawberry but will come back to try the chocolate malt and/or swirl! Limited indoor seating and lots of outdoor seating. Very close to transit - quick easy ride from downtown!"

"I was a bit disappointed with The Nashville chicken sandwich since I didn’t feel it was hot at all. But even if I just accept it as a regular chicken sandwich I wasn’t blown away by the quality and flavors of the chicken or other ingredients either. What I enjoyed the most from this restaurant was the chocolate vanilla ice cream. If I come back it might just be for the ice cream."

"Delicious food, fast friendly service, small drinks. The portabello mushroom burger is delicious very crispy fry with a moist mushroom center. The strips are large and crispy with a generous serving of fries. The house hot honey is sweet with a great kick. My only reason for four instead of five stars is that the drinks are pricey for the size and I found myself a little disappointed by that."

"10 out of 10 would eat again! Fun vibe, with yummy soft serve. Portions are great for the price. Chicken cooked perfectly. Try all the sauces!! Location is good because it's right off the Beacon Hill light rail station. There is some seating inside. And there's some outside in front of the restaurant across the sidewalk. It gets busy but the wait for food was quick. And the wait for ice cream was even quicker. This time I got the strawberry soft serve. And it reminded me more of sherbet then ice cream per se. Although it had the soft serve texture. If you like chocolate the malted chocolate is the way to go. If you want something not too chocolatey get the swirl with vanilla. There's also a matcha version but you can only get that by itself or with the strawberry."
