"We visited Pilgrim Coffeehouse on November 12, 2025 around 11 AM, and we were really impressed from the moment we walked in. The space is bright, clean, and comfortable, the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. It has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit down and enjoy your time instead of rushing out. We ordered the Deluxe Avocado Toast, and it was genuinely good. The guac was fresh, nicely seasoned, and had a smooth texture that paired perfectly with the toast. Not the absolute best we’ve ever had, but still really enjoyable and definitely worth ordering. We also got lattes, and the coffee was really good, smooth, hot, and balanced without being bitter. Another thing we appreciated was the reasonable pricing. For the quality of the food and drinks, and considering how clean and well-kept the café is, everything felt fairly priced. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff greeted us warmly, took care of us without rushing, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. It’s clear they care about their customers and the atmosphere they create. Overall, we had a great visit and would absolutely come back again. Pilgrim Coffeehouse is a solid spot for good coffee, a clean environment, and genuinely kind service."

"Went to Pilgrim Coffeehouse for the first time. Ordered the iced white chocolate mocha. Very delicious and fresh tasting!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!! I am definitely coming back to support this local coffee shop and it’s closer to my work - what a bonus!!!!"

"Very chill vibe. My cold brew? Black. No sugar. Bitter but not so bitter that it chokes me. Like that smooth bitter that helps remind you of the bitterness/unfairness of this world without shoving it down your throat. Ham and Jam Sammy? Alliteration in food? Very nice. I don't like ham but something about jam in my ham was intriguing. It was delicious. The croissant? Flakey and warm. Nice bite of ham too. Price? Expensive. It was close to 20 bucks without tipping. Which I think I forgot to tip. My b. That's a miss on my part. Worth? If you have a tech job, yeah. Good place to do work, chill, get food, some good coffee, good wifi and pretty clean. View? None. It's a parking lot and a view of the super saver. Maybe observing the poor helps improve the flavor of the food for some but not as much for me. That's ok though, I should be focusing on my deliverables."

"I have been in Pilgrim a few times now and each time I have been impressed with the service of the employees. Though I don't frequent many coffeehouses, I do notice the attention to detail that people put into their service when I do. The people working behind the counter have gone out of their way to welcome and serve me each time I have been in. Honestly, most people in the service industry in our city don't seem to value showing courtesy to the people they help, so I was surprised (yesterday) when the gentlemen behind the counter went out of his way to not only greet me, but to also to bring me my drink when I forgot to go pick it up at the counter. To serve like he did was honorable in a way most people don't value...or notice. Thanks for going out of your way!"

"I've given this place a few tries and its been disappointing every time. Today was my third time trying but this will be my final visit here. Im welcomed with a smile but he makes my drink basically just hot milk and nothing else. Its as if the guy working the counter sees me walk in and intentionally makes my drink bad? I tip everytime and i just step to the side waiting patiently and quietly, so I dont understand why this happens. Theres no way I get three bad drinks in a row, no other place has been that bad to me, not even Starbucks lol."
