"It conveniently located on the street level of the Graduate by Hilton. There were exterior and interior entrances. Received warm welcome upon walking in. The breakfast sandwiches are $8 each. The mountain bacon, egg and cheese were in good combination, which tasted good. The lox, egg and cheese was fantastic for breakfast!"

"I dont know why some people hate on them with 1 star. I have been 3 days in a row staying at the hotel. They are super nice, quick considering they do coffee and food, and are the hotel breakfast facility. So yeah every now and then the line builds up 5 deep. But they handle quickly. Food is good. Brioche baked daily for sandwiches. We like the lox sandwich most. Awesome cinammon rolls. Coffee better than starbucks. So, whats there to complain about? I think they are GREAT!"

"I'm rating 3 stars because I like the idea of selling yesterday's baked goods at a discount (I got a nutella brioche) to reduce waste and have an affordable option and the service was excellent. However my matcha was exceedingly light in flavor despite the rich color, I'm not sure if its an older product or if there just isnt enough matcha powder in my drink but it left me highly disappointed, the strawberry syrup I got with my matcha was light in flavor as well but was still somehow able to completely overshadow the matcha still."

"While their coffee and pastries are good, the service is not. I waited 15 minutes for a cinnamon roll and latte. It’s not the first time they lost track of my order. A customer that ordered 7 minutes after me got 2 beverages before me. There are 4 staff working and none of them appeared to have the urgency and seriousness to manage the coffee shop when it gets busy."

"I became obsessed with this coffee! It's the best pumpkin latte I've ever had! The humas/vegan wraps are super good, and the service was 100! Thanks for making my trip to Seattle great! I'll be back, and I'll make sure to stop by and say hi - (redhair)"
