"Good espresso and cappuccino in a very cute building and area. My espresso was good, woody and sour notes, one of the better in Seattle. My wife’s cappuccino, which was good without sugar, was also above par, and exceptional by American standards. The coffee is great in and of itself, but the atmosphere elevates this cafe: a cozy space on a quiet street with beautiful views. Trolleybus 14 takes you right up to it, and it’s a perfect place to sit and relax on a rainy day!"

"The baristas and cashier really saved this visit for me. Our barista was very nice and I felt like the service was great. It was very cozy with just one barista and one checker and they were working together very well and created a very welcoming environment. We spent $37 to purchas two turkey pesto sandwhiches, a 16oz iced matcha with lavendar agave and a 16oz iced cardamom pistachio latte, the matcha was fun and fairly nice, but a little too sweet. The latte was kind of terrible actually. Very bitter, very much a savory drink Wich may just have been a personal preference but both of us found we did not like that the cardamom latte also had a bunch of cardamom floating at the bottom so you have to position your straw in the middle of the cup to avoid a mouthful of spice and chunks"
