"Cute little college cafe with lots of students on their laptops. Seating is at a premium. There is NO accessible entrance, but once inside, there are no stairs to the bathroom and most of the seating area can be accessed without stairs. There is one seating area raised up about 1 step high. On the main level there are tables at an accessible height, and the ordering, drink service, and condiments counters are at an accessible height. Food service counter is not accessible, but great staff brought the food to our table. The service here is the star. Great, happy staff, doing their jobs right and treating customers they way you'd want to be treated."

"A fabulous, chill little place to hang and look at the boats. They have a GREAT chai latte! I’d look forward to seeing this place light up in the Summer time or become a music venue (just ideas?!) But genuinely am enjoying my experience today."

"We grabbed a quick breakfast here and thought it was a spacious and casual place to eat and just hang out. It has lots of seating; it’s nice to sit by the windows and look out to the boats and water. We had a breakfast sandwich, burrito, and salmon bagel. The food was okay, nothing to rave about. The breakfast sandwich had good flavor, but the bread was a bit thick, dry, and crumbly. The salmon bagel had a pretty decent amount of salmon, which was nice!"

"A cool pace that is located along the dock where you can see boats outside the window. The cafe has some simple meal options as well as a variety of drinks. I had a tea lemonade here and it was decently made. The vibe here is nice and chill with people studying and for a small get together."

"I had a late morning cortado and croissant and did a job interview here. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable which made it easy to communicate and be relaxed. Busy cafe but not loud at all which made for an enjoyable experience. Cortado was good and croissant was still fresh late morning."
