Our barista, Burton, lead a complimentary tasting (Friday sign up required) and patiently explained the nuances of each hand-drip he prepared. "Amazed one worker was able to man the ship on a Saturday morning, but he did. Guatemalan single origin drip coffee was a little spendy at $4 for 8oz, but it was bright and enjoyable. A quality cup of coffee. Decor is spartan, but I suspect that’s part of the appeal. A little grungy and authentic instead of sterile."
