"Stopped by today on the way to the office for a quick breakfast. The croissant sandwich with egg, bacon, tomato was superb. And quite large for the small price I paid for it. Meanwhile, the owner was super nice. His little bistro cafe is very clean. Definitely my new favorite spot for breakfast on the way in."

"What a genuine experience!!! Randomly walked into this place while I was on a long layover on my way to Alaska to play music. The old building sign said the Alaskan, and there happened to be a guy inside holding a guitar, so I took it as a sign and went in for a cup. In March of 2022, Robert, the owner, branched out from his family's coffee bean operation in Puerto Rico, to begin roasting and selling their coffee here in Seattle. The guy's got a heart so big it just shines through and lights up the room. And this coffee is literally second to none. I feel like family. And I'll be back as often as possible."

"I stopped in here while in the neighborhood after seeing many great reviews online. It looks like it’s new, just opened a year ago. I loved it and will be back. They have their own brand of coffee that is delicious. But low-key, it’s the best breakfast or lunch sandwich I’ve had in the area too. And totally reasonable price. Made great conversation with a very gracious and upbeat owner. It’s a great vibe in this coffee shop, I’m grateful that exists and look forward to coming back. I stayed for over an hour, there’s a small seating area and I was able to connect to Wi-Fi and get some work done. Seems to have many loyal customers already, and I can see why."
