"On Monday August 4, 2025, I was informed "new policy change, we don't make blended drinks after 4pm." It was 4:45pm. I found out the following Saturday the policy change statement was a lie. I contacted Scott, the owner, and I was assured the person responsible would be addressed. I have been a steady customer for 2+ years buying my drink 3-4 times a week. Scott assured me there would be consequences for the lies and refusal of service. I found out a month later, Scott did not even "talk" to the server let alone any consequences. On August 2, 2025, I sent Scott a text message asking/stating that my business is not as important as your staff as proven by his inaction. I received NO response. Today 8-3-25, I saw Scott at the coffee stand so I drove through, threw my punch card at him and said "congratulations, you lost my business" and left for the last time. It's a shame! 11/4/2025 Response....when I talked with you, you said that the person who lied would have consequences. There were none. Obviously someone talked to you about this because you put the employees name on this post (not me). My whole point of this was accountability for the person that lied and refused service to a long standing customer. That employee has a history of these kind of actions. You chose to keep a liar instead of a repeat customer. I am not going to apologize for holding you and your business accountable for the choices you made. My hope is more people let their opinions sing as loud as possible!"

"Went there this morning girl had a bit of an attitude and she charged me $10 for an Americano without even typing it in I paid $5 for the same drink the day before it's an Americano hot water and coffee not that big of a deal won't recommend or go back ever again"

"I just ordered 2 drinks and I forgot to tell her it was blended. She said that is two different prices I agree and hand over my card so she can charge me the difference and the new gal there refused and told me that if I wanted blended I needed to let her know at the beginning and that i need to pay for 2 new ones that she wont blend the one she already had made. I come here often and normally they are super nice on both coffee stands. Well not this morning unfortunately."
