What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"First of all the beans here and the coffee itself are absolutely fantastic. You can actually taste the coffee through your milk options and your sweeteners and all the other junk that people put in their coffee. Family-owned and super nice people, also the coffee drinks are top-notch. The food is exactly what you expect from a coffee stand. I don't really get food from coffee stands. If you actually enjoy coffee, and espresso and the flavor of coffee then this will be one of your top choices in the entire West Coast."
"Top coffee in the whole North area maybe in the whole city. Haven't tried the food don't really get food from coffee huts. The beans are fantastic and a couple that owns this is super nice. It is strong, so if you're one of those coffee drinkers that doesn't actually like coffee this might not be the one. At least when it comes to the espresso drinks."
"TERRIBLE experience. It feels odd writing a review for a coffee stand but this place is so terribly bad and I’d like to prevent others from wasting their time and money. I am confused how they are still in business. First off, the “barista” didn’t wait for us to finish our order, she ran off twice and we had to call her back saying we were not finished ordering. Not ONLY does she take 20 minutes to make two drinks and heat up two sandwiches (none of their food is fresh FYI), the coffee ends up being burnt and the energy fusion tasted like cough syrup. It was objectively bad and I have been to a handful of coffee stands here in Seattle. The food was not good nor was it heated properly and she waited after 20 minutes to tell me that one of the pastries was out of stock. It was an almost comical experience. Please don’t waste your time or money here. Absolutely ridiculous experience."
"I really wanted to like this place, but with two other perfectly good coffee shops in the same two block radius, it's hard to imagine this becoming a regular place for me. I ordered a small iced honey nut latte, and asked about their breakfast sandwiches. She showed me the frozen jimmy deans packages straight out of the freezer and I declined. So she started to make my latte. As she was filling up a medium with ice she asked did I say small or medium. I said small but medium is fine. Then she asked did I want any flavor in my latte, and I was like oh just the honey nut latte, so whatever flavors are in that. I got my drink and had a few sips, very very overwhelmingly sweet, like a mistake had been made on the ratio of honey to coffee. I ended up tossing it and going to the place down the street. Really sad because I think these small businesses are so important! But this one is just not hitting the mark."
"One of, if not the top coffee shop in the Seattle metro area. Excellent espresso-based drinks. A variety of milks, and very friendly service. Highly recommend. Easily worth crossing over 145th on your morning commute to I-5 or downtown."
"Lovely little coffee stand. The coffee is delicious and the owner is very nice. There is never a line and their service is quick!"
