However, since the original owner sold the business, the sandwiches haven't lived up to their former glory. Enter Eden Garden Café. Located in Richmond Beach, this spot serves the best Vietnamese food in the area. From the "off the charts" Grilled Pork Banh Mi to a Char Siu sandwich that my son considers the gold standard, every bite is impressive. Their pho is equally stellar, proving this isn't just a sandwich shop, but a culinary destination. I’m looking forward to nominating them for the 2026 King 5 awards this fall.
