Despite me telling her several times to please secure the lid on my drink she couldn't manage it and acted like it was an inconvenience for her. Now im cleaning drink out of my bike bag. Why would I need a straw if im on a motorcycle? I asked her this question and she still couldn't comprehend what I needed her to do. Go literally anywhere else for coffee and deal with people who know how to do their job."

Additionally, I noticed that the menu was missing during my last visit, which made it difficult to place an order efficiently. Furthermore, the prices have increased significantly, likely due to inflation.
