"I’ve been coming here for a few years and always really liked it. Today 9/5/25, I drove through at about 6:50 in the morning and asked the gal taking my order to make something good and I’m wanting to try new things but hesitant, she did not disappoint. Best Americano I’ve ever had and the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had from them. Who ever helped me (younger with dark her) you are amazing and deserve to be recognized for it!"

"So I’ve been a customer since this place opened (I’m old). Their food has gone downhill significantly in quality since the new owner took over. Their coffee taste like crap. That said, they have the best shakes in town and they spoil the heck out of my dogs. So I keep going. Add creamer to the coffee and get a sammich from home, your dogs will thank me!"

"This was one of my husband and I’s favorite quick breakfast spots! We drive in from Lake Stevens so anytime we come it’s a treat. We’ve now had two bad experiences in the past three weeks. The first was when we asked for no cheese on a bagel sandwich because of an allergy and it was made with cheese after being asked to park and we waited for 10 minutes. We didn’t realize it had cheese on it until we were already half way home. I called to explain the situation and while they did offer to remake the sandwich, there was no apology. Instead, they just kept asking me details about the order, like what car I drive, the time I came through, etc. which I can understand but I had my order ticket still so I could’ve provided those details when I came back for the remake and honestly it shouldn’t matter. An apology should’ve been the first thing you offer. Our second experience was when I ordered two iced vanilla lattes and was handed hot ones. I told the girl at the window that I had ordered them iced not hot. She again, offered no apology and instead I heard her yell to the girl who took my order (not sure what was said I just heard her start to say these were supposed to be iced). I then sat there for another 5 minutes while no one talked to me waiting on food and the new lattes. On my way home I took a sip of my drink and realized there was no vanilla. At this point, it feels like too much of a gamble to drive from lake Stevens and spend $30 to *maybe* get my order correct and now I know I can’t count on good customer service. An apology and recognition for a mistake goes a long way! We all do it but how you handle it says a lot. Unfortunately won’t be visiting again which is a true bummer because we used to love this place!!"

"I am a vegetarian. Although there is no veggie breakfast bagel on the menu, they made me the best bagel egg sandwich I’ve ever had! In place of meat, I asked for all the veggies: tomato, onion, green pepper, cucumber, lettuce. Because there was no meat, they gave me an extra egg. One thing I love about their breakfast bagels is the mayo! And the eggs are cooked from scratch, not poured from a carton. Fluffy and delicious! This is my second time in a week, using the drive-thru, and I will be back! Oh—the coffee is delicious, too. 😄"
