"I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. When we arrived, the barista wasn’t even in the stand — she was next door — and we waited over ten minutes with no service. When she finally returned, she got all of our orders completely wrong. The barista working was a young woman with noticeable tattoos on her back hand and arm, i dont want to assume her race but she had black hair in case management needs clarification on who was on shift. What’s even more concerning is that she left the window open and the entire stand unattended. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. If someone wanted to walk up and steal from the register or the stand, they easily could have. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it immediately."

"Worst coffee stand in Washington, I waited ten minutes at the window, windows left open. I decided to leave then I see the employee walking back from her car. Then proceeded to give me a bad attitude when i ordered my drinks and then made all the drinks wrong. I would recommend going to a different coffee stand… this was not the first time this has happened at this stand"
