"I went here on thanksgiving, knowing it would busy so I’m not upset at that at all as it was the only local coffee shop open around me. I’m more upset about my cup being filled almost to the brim with ice on a 24oz drink. I LOVE local coffee stands, and supporting small businesses. I’m used to my lotuses having at least half a cup of ice since that’s the normal amount of ice. But this was insane. I probably won’t be coming here again because if i’m paying $7 for a drink id actually like to enjoy it instead of it being all ice."

"I used to love coming here on a daily basis... unfortunately, their "free" coffee after you buy 15 drinks which are $7+ aren't free. Today I asked why sometimes they charge me extra when redeeming a free drink, some days I'll get a 20oz free some days I owe $1.05. It's never consistent, and frankly any other coffee stands for example, wake up call/starbucks they'll honor any size drinks for free. No matter the customization. They asked me today if I typically get a 20oz or a 16oz then they added "you normally get oat milk" ... which I was kinda shocked.... Esp after spending $100 for 15 drinks, they can't honor a $7 drink... Your money will be more worth at any other coffee stand, as a free coffee is actually free. Don't waste your time or money here."

"In August of 2023, our family moved into the Elk Meadows neighborhood and Crush Coffee (32nd Ave. location) became our home coffee stand. We are so glad it did! First off, I like Crush just because it stands out from other coffee businesses in town. I love the special touch of handwritten messages on the lids and the fun social media promotions they do—the raffle ticket/Instagram Story promo during the holiday season was awesome. As for the product, it is wonderful. I am a Lotus drinker and I am never disappointed by the flavor nor the lift it gives me. I always order a “surprise” lotus and the baristas always make me something delicious, creative, and fun. My wife likes both the lotus drinks and white chocolate mochas. My kids, if they are with me and well-behaved, get an Italian soda or a cake pop…and they get so excited! Prices are fair, the loyalty program is addicting, and Crush’s efficiency with getting cars in-and-out is top notch. When it comes to the baristas, they are all great. If I had to single one out, it would be Kylie. She is always so kind and engaging. I appreciate how she knows I am going to order a Lotus and automatically tells me what flavors she put in it during the handoff because she knows I am always going to ask 😂. Bottom line, it is comforting and convenient to have Crush Coffee just a short walk/drive from our house. ☕️"
