"As a coffee lover who traveled all the way from Scotland, I had high expectations for Thomas Hammer, and I'm thrilled to say they were exceeded! From the moment I walked in, Alexus made me feel welcome. She patiently guided me through the menu, offering fantastic recommendations tailored to my tastes. The teams warmth and genuine interest in ensuring I had a great experience were truly remarkable. I saw Alanya ask if a kid wanted a sticker and asked for her preference, it warmed my heart to see how much she went out of her way to go above and beyond for a child and her mother! While I was there, an unfortunate incident occurred with another customer who was being incredibly rude. However, Alexus and Alanya handled the situation with such grace and professionalism that it actually reassured me. Seeing them both de-escalate the situation with such elegance was a testament to the quality of the staff at Thomas Hammer. Despite that brief moment of discomfort, my overall experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Alexus. I'll definitely be returning to Thomas Hammer, and I can't wait to see Alexus and Alanya again – she's an absolute star and a true asset to your team!"

"Great place to go in the morning and grab a cup of coffee or tea. We ordered pomegranate latte, vanilla lavender coffee and ginger matcha. The last drink was divine! It really helped me to stand on my feet at the beginning of the day. Ginger was not overpowering, just right amount to feel the kick. We ordered burritos and lemon poppyseed muffins. Everything tasted great! They warmed up every pastry. The taste of coffee was amazing! Really recommend this place if you are near!"

"Why can this place not make an accurate drink? It's hit or miss with service if you get someone friendly or not. Every drink no matter what tastes likes burnt espresso. I gave it two stars as my husband and friend used to like the black coffee but recently it hasn't tasted as good as the other locations in their opinion. Limited sugar free options. I finally ordered off their special menu and tried their pumpkin drink and banana bread drink dealing with full sugar just to get something they were familiar with. It tastes like burnt coffee and a ton of milk. I dint not taste the flavor at all. For the price, I'd rather go down the road and get something yummy and not tasting burnt like. I gave a five star for their food as their chorizo burrito and gouda Sammie are pretty good but i think they just have to microwave that and sometimes they don't do that right and I have to nuke it again when home or at work. Maybe this place needs a training session or two."

"Adding on to this review. TH issued a credit to my credit card. I assume this is a response to my original post. I appreciate the "make good" and have changed my rating to 4 stars. Original post: Don't stop here if in a hurry! Food service is often very slow. After extended wait this morning I had to leave after paying for food I never received because after 10 minutes, I couldn't wait longer. No one offered adjustment, apology, or explanation. Food, coffee is petty good but I won't stop here again if time is critical"

"TH has the best coffee in the whole area, by far. And this location is definitely my favorite. The staff are so lovely and sweet. They clearly recognize people who come here often, and when they have new customers they are so kind and welcoming. The location is always clean and pleasant, with good music that isn't overbearing and such a bright and happy atmosphere."
