"I’ve been extremely disappointed with the service we have gotten for this location in the last few months. We go probably a few times a week and more often than not the girls at the stand make our drinks incorrectly and do not listen when we give them our order. One time we went and the girl at the counter made me a completely different drink than I asked for and when she handed it to me she said she thought maybe I’d want to try that drink instead and then got irritated that I asked her to make me the drink I ordered. We have ordered drinks iced and got them blended, or vice versa and again they give us sass because they chose to not listen when we very blatantly asked them for an iced drink. We are so tired of giving our money to a place who doesn’t listen to their customers and not provide them with the right drinks. Hopefully the other location nearby is better."
"Staff felt having a conversation with a customer they were familure with more important than serving other wake up call customers in a timely manner. The experience was terrible. I would honestly rather drink Starbucks, at least their customer service is better than this location."
"This is the third drink I've gotten in a row where my drink is completely inedible. I'm tasting coffee grinds in my drink which I do not pay a premium for. Plus the flavor compared to every other wake up call location is severely lacking wich is the most disappointing part. Please just drive down to the location by Fred meyer"
