"I've been driving by this coffee shop for 6 years and finally stopped by and am so happy I did. Cheyla was my barista and she made a mocha with soy milk that was delicious. Very kind and friendly. My new favorite spot and worth the stop as I am sure most people who are regulars probably already know. The drink I got was also VERY reasonably priced. I was actually shocked because you usually pay more for a non animal milk espresso drink. Highly recommend if you are looking for great service and an affordable sweet treat."

I drove up to the window not really sure what I wanted, but the redheaded barista working was incredibly helpful and made the whole thing easy. "Hi, my name is Jak and I'm a regular here at Bigelow Gulp. I love the bagels they serve, but I've noticed a pattern that affects the quality of them. Most days when I go to the drive thru and buy a bagel, I ask for it to be toasted with cream cheese, and most days I'm satisfied, but I've noticed that on days when the owner of the store is present, the bagels are lukewarm and chewy at best. Then today, they were somehow chewy, lukewarm, and burnt at the same time. What I'm guessing is happening is an issue of impatient urgency under the pressure of management, which makes sense because you need to be able to get to the next person in line in a timely manner. The thing that doesn't make sense however, is the fact that nobody else was behind me in line and there often never is. The point is, Bigelow management if you're reading, I would rather wait for a crispy toasted bagel than get out in a timely manner with a somehow burnt and also somehow lukewarm and chewy bagel. Thank you."

Mayby its your negative attitude that makes the experience bad.. those girls are amazing and super nice. The coffee is delicious, I highly recommend this place"
