"Drinks taste like they wiped their ice machine with a mildew rag. All of my drinks taste this way from the south hill location. I’ve tried other times and without fail, mildew. I’ve brought this up to the baristas and they don’t seem to care. This coupled with seeing the horrific behavior towards other women business owners, I’m sad to say, I will no longer support Blissful Blends."

"I have been going to Bliss for a years now and have always loved them. Over the last year the service has gone down substantially. The young ladies at the windows have not been very friendly, they seem short, snippy and inexperienced. Also the prices are questionable, I order a 24oz Zipfizz and the price is always different, sometimes it 4.25 and sometimes its $5? I was very surprised when I ordered one today and asked for it to be put in a 32 oz cup and add more water ( because its too sweet) and I was charged $7.75, when I asked why my drink was so expensive when I just wanted more water added and no more product they just shrugged and said that is the price. Its unfortunate because after the last 3 bad experiences I've had, I probably will not be going back."

"Make sure you check the amount before agreeing. They changed me 42.55 for a Lotus drink. I noticed right away and went back to the coffee shop. "They couldn't find my order." Then I disputed it with my bank and lost. Don't go here!"

Today the line was a bit long and one barista came out to grab our order and pay and when we got to the window, our coffee was ready:) That’s great customer service! Every time I go here, I’m never disappointed in my drinks, so if you want great coffee, come to blissful blends"
