What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I first tried Cravens Coffee at some Seattle cafe, and the quality was outstanding—rich, bold, and among the best I’ve tasted, which justified my $133 online order. Their offer of free shipping on orders over $50 is a nice touch, making the purchase feel like a good deal initially. However, the customer service and shipping experience were deeply disappointing. After nearly two weeks with no delivery update, I contacted their team. The response from someone named Adam was frustratingly dismissive, stating the package was “in USPS hands” and out of their control, with no further action offered beyond a 10% discount on a future order. For a $133 purchase, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. Even the smallest companies often use more reliable carriers than USPS, which is notorious for delays and inconsistencies. Cravens’ choice to rely on USPS and then wash their hands of responsibility reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. The coffee itself is phenomenal, but their refusal to address shipping issues—hiding behind “it’s out of our hands”—makes me question future purchases. Unless they switch to a more reliable carrier and improve their customer service, I can’t recommend ordering directly despite the free shipping perk. Rating: 2/5 (5/5 for coffee quality, 0/5 for customer service and shipping)"
"Have used this coffee company for decades however after the way a female partial owner just treated my mom we will no longer purchase thier product. Very dissapointing an owner could be so rude to loyal customers"
"Purchased Espresso Blend at Yokes in Deer Park and ground the beans with their machine. I don't know how old the beans were and I am getting used to a new machine so there may be some extenuating circumstances to consider. So far, following the machines instructions, the coffee is only bold on the strongest setting but then it leaves a bitter after taste. I'll keep experimenting."
"This is my first review ever. I mean ever. I used to buy Cravens Earth and Sky years ago and loved it. Then I was given a Keurig and evolved into a pod user simply for the convenience. I bought the “earth friendlier” pods at Costco because they didn’t have as much waist and I’ve been using those for three years. Yesterday morning I was staring at my cup of coffee thinking “I used to really like coffee.” Then I snapped. I just put the cup down and drove to the store and bought a bag of Earth and Sky. I dug out that grey reusable filter thing and filled’r up. I’m completely in love with my coffee again."
"Went to the Cravens coffee stand in rosauers, and they are really making you guys look bad, I will definitely never go back to that stand again. The "barista" did not tamp the grounds before pulling shots, when we asked for what dairy alternatives they offered she looked very confused and offered "half and half" when my iced Americano was finally given to me there was 2 cubes of ice in it still very warm and very watery with no sign of any coffee at all. wasted my money today and my time, to say the least I am not very impressed."
"Craven's Coffee is the BEST coffee I've had since arriving to WA, this roaster is based out of Spokane. Not only do they offer unique and pronounced blends..."
