"I am editing my review after the really good one I gave them a few months ago. I am so disappointed. Twice recently I took a group of friends because I wanted them to know about this place. We all agreed that it was contemporary and cozy and we loved the vibe. My friends were very excited to find the place. We all wanted a pastry, but when we went to the pastry case there was nothing in it. Both times I asked where their pastries were and was told that the truck had not been there yet to deliver them. Both times it was around 10:30 AM. Add to that, my cappuccino was lukewarm with way too much milk so it was like I was drinking hot milk. I couldn’t even taste the coffee. I gave Starbucks up for this place, but thinking that I may have to go back because apparently management does not care About what’s going on"

"New Love is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. The coffee is consistently delicious, and the house-made marshmallows are such a fun bonus. The baked treats are incredible; the coffee cake muffins are one of my favorite items from there. On top of that, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a place I always look forward to visiting."
