"The breakfast bagel is MASSIVE. The chai was a major let down but the other drinks/food seemed to be delicious and made with quality stuff. Very welcoming and open environment. Not a ton of seating in the winter."

"Staff were pleasant and greeted me. Wade and Cleo were fast to made drinks for each customer that came in. Dozens of flavor options and many alt milks to choose from. Seating is comfortable, diverse, and orderly. There are plenty of surfaces for drinks and food that are matte and non-reflective. Lots of plants for ambiance and purified air. Relaxing music played at a gentle decibel. An abundance of natural lighting as well as some soft indoor lighting. A cute variety of stickers, greeting cards, and locally sourced jewelry are available for purchase. Floors were clean and recently swept. Bathroom was tidy and toilet paper and soap were stocked. If parking lot is full, parking spaces around Perry are abundant. Very popular coffee shop with a welcoming atmosphere."

"Very cute place good coffee but being from out of town i was so surprised when I came in, 3 staff members at the counter did not acknowledge me or said good morning. They continued to have a conversation amongst them without any achnowledment. Such a cute place for that kind of service!"

"The coffee is usually pretty decent, standard prices in Spokane as well. But the staff is not very warm or welcoming. The other day I guess we got there when they were about to close and when I asked if they were still open because no one was looking at or acknowledging (there were like 10 other customers inside) one staff member said to the other "im not on the clock, so its up to you" and the other barista without looking at me hesitated and said "uh....hm...ya were not making anymore drinks, we're closed." Haha kinda wild customer service move. Unfortunately, it was my moms bday and all we were gonna get is a hot chocolate, just a bummer. Felt similar to most of my other experiences there with staff."

"Sandwiches are great. Everything else pulls them down. Parking lot is tight and busy. Menus are posted at the register…not visible to those in line. Cashier was slow, distracted, and rude. Coffee/espresso was mediocre(far from what you’d expect from someone offering fresh roast). Seating is uncomfortable and chaotic. All the interior surfaces are hard flat and reflective…so just a few groups talking make it hard to hear, when full it is unbearably loud."
