"Always a great experience here. Got an iced americano--excellent coffee, speedy service, Olivia (barista) was super kind too! Felt very clean inside as well. Courtney True is the best at marketing and really makes me love wake up call."

"I have ordered the same drink over 15 years. When ordering white coffee, white choc powder, quad shot 200 temp. I was told they could only do 170 temp, I disagreed and stated , I have never had anybody tell me that. She said I will put it in the notes. When I reach the window, I ask the lady if it was 200 temp She said yes.. I got cup of Luke warm coffee, 1/3 of it is foam. also used the white chocolate sauce. This coffee is gross and in the trash it goes. After spending 8 dollers with extra charges for choc. Powder.... I get to go to a different coffee shop and spend more money. I will never return to wake up call."

"I’ve come to this shop a multitude of times and every time ; it’s really hard to eat the sandwich. I always ask nicely if they could not crisp the edges so hard and then when they hand me the sandwich. It’s that way. I don’t want to complain and today I let Deone know who took my order. She said well I can reheat you a new one. She’s already taken over 6 minutes servicing others and I needed to get to work. I’ve gone through lines that have been quicker. I said no thank you. She than goes to hand me 24 oz drinks and I said : oh, I’m sorry I asked for the largest sizes. She said this is a large. I said no, the big ones. She said oh 32s well you should of ordered them, handed me the drink, let the window slam shut and walked to the other window to probably go mess up their order and be rude to them too. I will be talking to the manager. As I get things happen; but that was being absolutely rude on purpose and there was only one person on the other side and one person in front of me with two staff. This is not the first rude experience and I will be escalating this issue."

"Most of the time they do not have iced tea brewed (black tea) even though it is on the menu. When they do happen to have it brewed it has always been very watered down for us. When I told them this they did not care and charged me full price for a drink we ended up dumping down the drain…Their customer service is lacking; they don’t seem to care much for the customer."

"Loving this place! Great for students, there's Wi-Fi here and a good place to sit back and study. I'm so glad I found it. The coffee is very good and affordable, I absolutely adore their Italian sodas. I just love how quite and comfortable it is here. The service is great too!! Highly recommended."
