"Threw my nephews 16th Birthday Party Here. The overall booking process was easy. We did 3 hours, and the boys wanted to stay longer. They had a blast. Giving TAC a 3/5 is strictly from the person who’s organizing its pov. Not my nephews, if it was up to him it’d be a solid 5/5. The day of the party, if you have never been to TAC it can be pretty confusing. The party room is directly to the left, and the front counter where to get help is a little further down (depending on where you park). When we found the help desk, the service rep didn’t know how to check in private parties and was flustered because there’s a ton of other people trying to check in as well. We had to track another staff down to be able to figure out where we are supposed to be at and who to meet. When we got that sorted out, the party room physically was underwhelming. Perfect size for a party of 10. Just not clean or organized. After the boys got gear on and went to do orientation (because the computer was down), my mom, sister, and I spent about 45 minutes sweeping and cleaning. The can didn’t even have a trash bag with trash from a different party. Just between the organization and the state of the party room, it’s lost two stars. Made up in the amount of fun the group had."
