"Milk tea was decent but they're so unreliable. I've tried to go a handful of times and each time they were either closed before their scheduled closing time or unprepared when they opened. Once, I arrived at 5:40pm and they were already closed (their hours say 6pm). Another time, I arrived at 10am (right at opening) and they were open but they didn't have any boba ready and would need another 45 minutes. They should be ready to serve when they open. Yet another time, I arrived at 5:30pm and they had already thrown away all their boba for the day!! If their posted hours are incorrect, they need to update them. However, Google says they just updated them 2 weeks ago and their sign outside says 6pm closing, so it should be correct."

"They have the worst halo halo here! No flan as seen in the picture, not your typical halo halo and it cost $12+tax. 1 scoop of ice cream, 6 cubes of green jelly, and 20% of white crystals.. Attached is the picture. I didn't even bother to finish eating it, coz it's made of 90% crushed ice, 5% milk, and 5% halo halo ingredients. And on their ads it's their SPECIALTY!! Well that Sucks!🤦"
