"This is my favorite coffee stand! Everyone is friendly and most of them remember my drink even though I visit sporadically on different days and different times of day. I love that they usually ask what my plans are for the day. My coffee is always delicious. My one small criticism is that my hot coffee is often just warmish, so I try to remember to order it extra hot, which is usually perfect. I don't order food very often because it's not terrible, but it's definitely not great. But I'm glad it's available because it's acceptable if I'm in a hurry and need something quick before a long drive. (I haven't ordered food in quite a while, so my opinion wouldn't reflect any recent changes.) Overall this is a great spot, and I often go out of my way to visit."

"Strange experience! Pulled in on thanksgiving morning looking for lotus. I make them at home typically but ran out of concentrate. I’m told they have lotus so I ask for red lotus. Then it seems like it’s actually their house brand “riptide” or maybe that was the flavor name. Either way, not lotus. So I ask if they have any name brand lotus not their own off brand. She then tells me yes they have purple lotus that’s lotus branded. So I ask for that, am eventually handed a blue cup. I say that’s not purple and am told that it sometimes is dyed that way. I knew this was a lie, I’ve been buying and making lotus for years and purple has NEVER been blue lmao. I taste it and it’s definitely their off brand weird sugar free stuff. Given its thanksgiving morning and I really needed coffee just drove off but I’m shocked with the random lying. Why continue to lie lmao? I could have just driven off if you would’ve told me you have no legit lotus. But no, Took my money and then after the transaction was done and handed me some crap and sold it as something else. At the end of the day, it’s just eight dollars but what’s really annoying and getting me to leave this review is that fact that there was really no reason to continue lying like that I don’t know if they thought I was stupid or something, but your guys own attempt to lotus is not close to the real thing. The after taste is SO bad. it’s probably because I don’t get any lemonade or any added things to it so I’m easily able to tell the difference. 0/10 business practices. 0/10 customer service."

"They are usual really good with orders but the last 2 days I did Uber order half of my items were wrong and replaced with items we did not like wasn't informed they didn't have what I asked for either. Once in awhile ok but 2 days in a row. They didn't even ask if wanted replacement or refund. Would've chose refund. Both days were like $50 orders then I got a sugar free rockstar when we wanted regular. I don't even wanna use Uber or instacart for their orders no more"
