"What I love about civic is how intentional it is - the coffee and the pastries and vibes are picked especially to represent a quality coffee and quality tacoma experience. Often times dabbling into third wave coffee can be filled with cold staff with an air of pretentiousness, and civic is exactly the opposite. While they are committed to whole and ethically sourced ingredients (so you won’t find your typical Starbucks flavors), they are also committed to making third wave coffee accessible to all. I also love their commitment to the community with a pay it forward option."
