"Came in here for the first time, while my mister was at the MultiCare clinic. I ordered a caramel frappe and a sticky bun latte, plus a delicious huge chocolate chip cookie. All were delicious by the way and service was awesome. There was an elderly lady before me at the counter and was having a some difficulty deciding on what she wanted, but the gal at the front counter was very patient while assisting her with her order. The other gal behind the counter was also very warm and friendly and asked me what I would like and would ring up my order once her coworker was finished with the customer. One might be impatient as a patron standing behind this customer, especially If you were in a rush or just impatient altogether, and the employee could have very well acted impatiently and rude to this customer, but neither occurred, thankfully. Working in customer service the last couple of decades, I was really impressed with the level of patience, warmth, attentiveness, and friendliness both baristas exemplified. They also both apologizedvto me for the wait, however I felt none was ever needed, and I sincerely complimented them on their excellent customer service. If I'd lived closer to the area, I'd probably be a regular, because that level of customer service, the delicious drinks, and mellow atmosphere is what would bring me back here. 😁❤️"

"Sunday visit via the drive thru, was kind of long and slow. Baristas were very nice. The spicy bacon sandwich came with tons of soggy fatty bacon - very disappointing and not edible. Had to pull it all off, and sadly the bread was super chewy. Almost went back was already too far away to turn around."

"Cutters Point has a great atmosphere and meeting space. This may be the best thing they have going. New to me this trip is they have a large back meeting room which was very helpful for our groups meeting. Would recommend considering it. Their coffee is ok and I would say at times lacks consistency. At times I feel it’s been really good and others it has been just ok. Their drip coffee is self serve which makes me feel like why did I spend 4 dollars for that but it is unlimited refills so there is that."

"I don’t like coffee, but the raspberry chocolate mocha caught my eye. I asked the barista how she recommended to make it taste as little coffee-like as possible, and I was very satisfied with her recommendation. Still a slight mocha after taste, but it was balanced with the chocolate and possibly raspberry chunks that were also in the drink. Best coffee drink I’ve ever had. And very friendly staff. :)"
