"Inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks are the best I’ve had other times if I wasn’t on my way to work already I would turn around and return them. The food is alright, but pretty expensive. The food in the burritos isn’t evenly distributed. So you’ll get a load of egg on one side and for almost 9 dollars, it could be better made. I take a gamble every time I go on whether I will get my drinks tasting good or not."

"The coffee is terrible every time. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to give this specific cutters another chance, and I’m always disappointed. I always throw my full cup away. I love Cutters, but this is by far the worst one out there. The customer service is terrible. The wait times are terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered 3 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. Breakfast sandwich came out for my husband and it was good. They made my daughters Italian soda. After 15 minutes of other people coming and going with there drinks I approached the counter stating we never received our 2 coffee's the lady was very rude and said we'll I didn't take your order. She was not apologetic at all then asked what I had ordered and did agree to remake them. My son and daughter in-law met us there and she ordered 2 drinks and only received 1 iced after 15 more minutes she went to the counter to talk to them and they told her they made it for me... um no, completely different order and we didn't even order at the same time. Save yourself and go somewhere else. This place is super expensive to. I doo not recommend."

"The lady that took my order was super brief and impatient. Then when i drove up to the window she basically threw my coffee at me and said bye. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. I can deal with a shitty attitude if the coffee was good. But the coffee was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like a luke warm cup of milk. There’s no taste of coffee at all. VERY disappointing, especially when paying $8 for a coffee. I will not be returning."

"I wanted something other than Starbucks and Cutters did not disappoint! The baristas were very friendly and the breakfast burrito was delicious and filled me up. Price was also pretty good! And the coffee was really tasty. They have a nice bar with 6 seats where you can enjoy your coffee."
