"This is my home away from home. I absolutely love this place to sit and chill and meet people from all walks of life. Tea culture transcends coffee culture because there is something special about sharing a pot of tea over a stimulating conversation. The views of the Foss Waterway, the East 21st Street Bridge and the Murray Morgan bridge are some of the best in the city. Oh, and the sound system. Many places have tiny fatiguing speakers that become annoyances to the experience. Not at Mad Hat Tea Co. the music and sound quality are superb. It really adds to the joyful experience. The employees are knowledgeable and helped us all decide from the extensive tea list. Loose leaf tea is available for purchase, as well as honey and cute buttons. I wish I lived near the store, as it is the perfect place to chill and read or bring a group to play games!"
