from Google"Inside the brewery tucked away is this amazing coffee place. They give student discount and is close to campus which is great. The drinks I’ve tried have been perfection. Today we got the seasonal minty matcha and a spicy chia; both 10/10. The atmosphere is super casual as it’s in the brewery. It’s a cool place to grab a coffee and do some work. Drinks run about $5-9, similar to Starbucks or other coffee places. There’s also a handful of pinball games so if you have some cash or change bring it for a fun hang. Games are about $1 each. It’s my first time here but my friend that brought me is a regular and I would definitely come back."
"First time here! I got a lavender matcha latte and it was amazing — Emma, my barista, was super friendly and made it perfectly. I love the location! There’s plenty of space, so you can bring your friends, grab a coffee, and even get food from next door. Definitely a must-visit spot! 🌿☕️✨"
"I ordered decaf cappuccino. It came as a mix of traditional style (foamy, no art) with still good microfoam on top. The taste was nice and smooth, perfect temperature. Overall I have added this shop on my list and I will try something else from them next time I am in Tacoma"
"Quite possibly the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had the privilege of drinking. I got the Spumoni Latte, and it was the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor that just truly made it such an enjoyable beverage. And the staff member there was incredibly friendly and very kind! I’m not from the area, but I will absolutely make a trip back here again just for this place."
"Decided to go here based on the good reviews. Asked for a triple 16oz latte. What I got was 16oz of hot water with a whiff of coffee hanging out somewhere in the background of the cups basement. When I asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to pay $8.60 for a cup of hot water, the barista got defensive and upset. I simply wanted a refund with no extra inputs or comments from her about how she made the coffee correctly. To her credit she probably did make the coffee to the best of her ability with the tools that she is supplied. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Ebony and Ivory and get a decent latte that actually does the latte art and uses a legit espresso machine. Latte art seems so insignificant but that usually tells me that it’s a barista that takes pride in their job and tries to pull the best shots of espresso possible for their customers."
