What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"It would be great if people working in customer service, including these little coffee shops, could understand and respect the fact that someone could be perfectly happy with how their day and job are going but still not want anyone being nosy about it. I would think most people are reasonable enough to not mind having to wait a little bit for their order, but trying to keep bugging them with questions not necessary to filling their order and pestering them with small talk is annoyingly putting them on the spot and bad customer service - so maybe if someone doesn't respond the first time, it would be best to show some respect by dropping it rather than to continue trying to push it. Treating people like they must be deaf or hard of hearing for not responding to unnecessary questions and small talk is also disrespectful, not an indication that they're the ones who are rude or must have a little something "wrong' with them. People can be perfectly happy with their everyday job and other affairs while still preferring to exercise their right to keep their own information to themselves."
"This was one of the friendliest and most enjoyable drive-through coffee experiences I have had in Washington. The staff truly seem to enjoy what they do and strive to make you feel welcome. The coffee was excellent and the prices are fair."
"I’m in this area often & it’s hard to find good coffee! Fairly priced, local owner & delicious coffee. I’ve been here a few times and have always had great service & great drinks."
"i heard about this place wanted to support local. my coffee was actually terrible it could have been a bad day for her but i won’t be back! lady was not the nicest either."
"Mykayla is back! This girl is funny, cute and can make a drink! If you're bobtail you can fit through the drive through. So I'm sure all your guys "big trucks" will make it."
"My two friends and I stopped by on our way to Bainbridge island and this place was a delightful surprise. Great staff, great coffee, right off the freeway..."
