"Just went to this café ordered a regular latte - they did NOT have regular milk… ok… then I guess I would take alternative milk… I just asked cause I was curious that k hope I wouldn’t get charged upcharge for milk alternative. They then told me I’d have to play extra…. Umm really - you run out of cheaper option so you charge me extra- it’s cafes fault . This is not about the 50 cents or whatever it is a bad review of the manager and her bad attitude- lack of customer service. I winded how many people were charged extra without knowing?!?! I will no longer try to support this little local coffee shop and instead stop at a place that actually treats customers nicely."

"I love cafe Siena! Every time I go in there. Service is always incredible even when the line is out the door. Liz and her staff are friendly and informative and always make my experience a friendly one with a smile."

"The baristas were very rude. I had seen them be rude to other costumers and I also received the same treatment. The 2 baristas kept looking over to each other than to me and rolled their eyes when I was waiting for them to take my order. There was no “hello” or “what can I get for you.” The barista just stared at me rudely. They did make the drinks fast, but I am never ordering from here again if these type of employees are being allowed to work here."

"The attitude isn’t the best, just as other reviews say. At the same time there are two tip jars. The card reader is half broken, and there’s a surcharge for card payment. The cappuccino is extremely bitter and not flavorful at all. Got a “ppft” from the barista when asked them about it. Couldn’t finish it. The windows are very dirty. The couch was nice."
