"Literally the best coffee and tea around! Anytime I’m even near the mall I have to stop at the Ebar at Nordstrom’s! Quality drinks and food, great customer service and cute lil Knick knacks too! I want to give a special shout out particularly to Erin & Miss Tina for maintaining their poise and staying completely professional when dealing with an irate customer on one of the days I came by. Each team member is respectful and handles both their customers and products with care and top quality! I highly recommend going there to see for yourself, I guarantee it’ll make you reconsider that Starbucks order every time."

"This is my go to Cafe when I'm at this mall, super convenient location as its right between Nordstroms and Lululemon, plenty of sitting tables and the coffee is always on par, the Nordstroms Cafe to me taste better then Starbucks and I'm a huge Starbucks fan. I recommend the vanilla latte less sweet so only half the vanilla 2 pumps."

"They rip you off for the iced americano—3 shot price, but they only give you 2, and you have to deal with the barista’s unpleasant attitude about ripping you off. Worst croissants ever—did they use any butter at all? Drinks are overpriced. Very loud atmosphere with the game show store right there."

"I used to live across the street from a Nordstrom and would go into their coffee bar almost daily so I was excited to find out there was one not far from where I now live. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this location. I placed an order for delivery and was told not long after that two of my four items were out of stock. That was a little frustrating but I was still excited to get my favorite coffee and a croissant. My order finally arrives and the croissant is ROCK hard-like I couldn’t even bite into it. The iced coffee I ordered was just okay-not great, and to top it off, they didn’t give me a straw. First and last time ordering from this location."
