"Have been twice, never again. Went a 2nd time in hopes the quality and service had improved, no it had not. Coffee is very mediocre. Was hoping for a new coffee spot as they serve Italian coffee. Asked for extra hot lattes, got barely warm coffee. After having tasted our drinks to find them cold, went back to the counter to ask for hot drinks. The very indifferent employee took our coffees back that we had drunk from and stuck the wand in the coffees and resteamed them. Surely this has to be a health violation!! Won't be returning. Very disappointed."

"Great little coffee shop tucked between multiple businesses. The coffee is good. They have some pastries available. The prices re fair for the location. The shop is very small with limited seating available. The staff are friendly. Parking is limited to the street parking in the area and a couple of parking garages. The location is good facing the waterfront among a number of other businesses."

"This is such a cute coffee house. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and coffee is perfect, not acidic. I love grabbing a coffee and taking it on a walk on the waterfront. The peanut butter chocolate oatmeal bar (pictured) is a delicious treat while still getting a little bit of protein in when you’re not so hungry for a breakfast sandwich."

"My wife and I went looking for the best coffee close to our new apartment, and we think we found it. 13 Coins Coffeehouse is the cafe side of the restaurant with the same name. It's a quaint little shop with a great atmosphere and superb, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! We both loved our drink we ordered, my wife's a blended caramel/vanilla drink and mine, a hot vanilla Chai. One would be surprised how easy it is to mess up a vanilla Chai, but this was heaven on a vanilla bean. We highly recommend this place and we will be walking here very often! Great job all!"

"Horrible service. I was with my guest, a visitor from another country. They asked for a visa. Is this a restaurant or a border? We showed a passport, and she walked away with it. I am a U.S. citizen and brought my friend for lunch—now I feel embarrassed. You completely destroyed our mood. If I could, I would give you a negative review."
