"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a coffee that looked amazing in the photo, but what I received was disappointing, watery, bland, and nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, I waited over 25 minutes for it. When I called in to try and get it resolved, I was told they couldn’t help me and was referred to an email. I explained that didn’t work for me, and they basically said, “No one is in charge right now, we’ll have to talk to the owner.” No solution offered, no accountability, just left hanging. Save your time and money, stick to places like Black Rock or Dutch Bros, where the service and quality are way more consistent. Update: The drinks were terrible right away not an hour later, my wife tried them as soon as I got home less than ten minutes later. ALSO, she was never called back. Don’t try to lie just to save face."
