"I want this to be my coffee place in Vancouver, but the employees are not very friendly. When I order, they barely even smile. When I say thank you, they barely acknowledge it. How about a "you're welcome", "no problem", "of course", or even a look in the eyes and a smile. Nope, rarely any of that. Yes, I'm older and probably not of their generation, but good coffee with fair service is never enough for me. Fair coffee with good service wins out every time. Sorry, but I want it all in a place that I would be visiting 4-6 times per week. How about a smile?"

"Local coffee shop surrounded by upscale homes next to the lake in Vancouver. Ample parking easy to get to and it even has a drive-through! Really nice atmosphere and I loved seeing groups of people sitting around their coffees playing dominoes. Got a 16 ounce hot chocolate double chocolate, and a blueberry muffin… both were fantastic. They do not use premade shelf chocolate, like Ghirardelli or Hershey., they have their own blended up for them. It tastes great and does not have that deep sugar after taste that is typical with shelf chocolate."

"We love Creed Coffee, it’s nice to have a local coffee shop to go inside instead of just drive through on our side of town and the coffee and pastries have been good. My only suggestion would be offering real mugs for customers who are enjoying their drinks inside, it makes such a difference in the experience for a lot of us who enjoy the less hurried feel of using a real mug when not going through the drive thru!"
