"The coffee is great but I feel compelled to give 2 stars because of a strange policy. I went there with my two little girls while visiting the farmers market and ordered an iced latte. I also asked for two cups of tap water for my girls and was charged $2 for each plastic cup of water, which is ridiculous. I've literally never been charged for tap water while making a purchase at any restaurant/coffee shop/bar. 2 stars for the $2 cups of water."

"Have tried other coffee shops downtown. Nothing beats the quality of teas, coffees and hot chocolate of Kaifex. They also have great pastries. The staff is always polite with a smile on their face and seem to enjoy the work they do which makes the experience all the more pleasant. My friends and I enjoy meeting there right across from the park."
