"Dropped in at the suggestion of Pugh's intake person. Ordered a 16oz cap w/french vanilla creamer. Being a NYer coffee is life for me! I expected to have to add more sugar and cream to make it perfect. Nope!!! The coffee was Perfect!! Just enough creamer!! I didn't have to do anything, but drink it!!! I was in Cappuccino heaven!💗!To top that off I was able to get a table, plug into the wifi, and work w/o techy issues for over an hour!!! The young women who work here are Soo on the ball; they are quick & awesome!! Very much enjoyed my experience...might have to come here weekly to taste all of the goodies! Can't wait to bring my daughter! Oh & there is a drive thru option!"

"I was mortified. I ordered a latte’ just moments ago… I took one sip as I was leaving and the froth was great. When I took a sip of coffee it was totally watered down and weak beyond words. It supposedly had 2 shots expresso. I went back in and Very politely asked either for them to remake it or add an expresso shot. The young gal said I paid for it, so she would remake it. She then poured it out. The manager came up and said they couldn’t remake it cause I walked out and came back… my car was in sight and the drink was full. She said she would charge me. I tried to problem-solve and inform her that they poured my drink out before telling me they wouldn’t replace it- and had I known , I would have just asked for an added expresso shot. She said, “oh we could have done that”…. But my drink was gone and she would not compensate in any way. I suggested she take the $2 tip I just gave them and put it towards a regular cup of coffee. She said they couldn’t do that since it was on a card. So I sincerely asked, “you mean you are not going to compensate me in any way after I brought my drink back in full and you poured it out before suggesting to add a shot?” She simply refused to be helpful. I remained calm and blindsided by this absolute poor customer service and complacency. There was no effort at all made toward my patronage. Really… I wanted to cry. I just got out of a ct scan headed to drive 5 hrs and just wanted a decent coffee without all this poor relational BS. This happened 9/23 at 10:40 a.m. in case the owner would like to track this. I’ve never in all my adult years been treated so disrespectfully and I’m 63 years old and quite familiar with how a good coffee should taste- and what fair and decent service looks like. Shame on YOU!"

"The service is always beyond slow. My wife loves coffee so we always have to go there bc there are no other options in Washington. It takes 10 minutes almost everytime for 1 coffee drink inside or in the drive through whether they are busy or not they are slow."

"My wife was in there this morning to get a latte and she has recently shared her experience in the reviews . When she told me how they treated her over a weak cup of coffee , I thought that was the most insane response from the from the manager I had ever heard. To pour out her coffee and then tell her she would have to pay for another cup, that’s crazy. My wife is the sweetest person and for her to leave crying is unacceptable treatment of person. I don’t know what kind of business that is in the service sector would treat their customers like that , but you can rest assured that we will never step foot in your shop and will be sure and tell everyone we know about you. The owner and the manager owe my wife an apology!"

"Got some delish cold brew coffee with sugar free salted caramel flavoring. The service was fast and friendly, and they were busy but I got my order in a very timely manner. I went inside and placed my order; however there’s also a drive through option. The inside of the coffee house is adorable and comfy! It was busy with customers chatting and sitting at small cozy tables. There was a faux fireplace and a large checkers game laid out on a table. There was a shelf of books to peruse and lots of seating. I loved the vibe of this place as somewhere that you’d definitely go to have a good cup of coffee and chatter with an old friend for an hour. It was spacious enough that those waiting for their coffee were not crowded and the seating area was separate from the service counter. Great layout that felt very inviting. I’ll definitely be back as this shop felt like more than a cup of coffee- it was an experience."
