"Pretty good amount of indoor and outdoor seating options so there’s always a spot for me and my coffee, book, and free time. Employees are always super friendly, and the coffee is really good! I usually don’t drink energy drinks because they can be way too sweet at most places, but the few I’ve had here aren’t overly sweet. Great food options too! Chicken Bacon Gouda Sanwich with Fire Sauce is a must try!"

"I come all the way from East Kennewick just for the coffee. I’ve honestly never had coffee as good as the one at Swagg. The staff is always fast and incredibly kind. One morning when I arrived early to study, the barista put on soft country music, which I truly appreciated, it made the space feel welcoming and calm. Their attention to detail really stands out. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. It’s easily become my favorite, and I’m hoping they open a Kennewick location soon!"

"The Swigg Coffee Bar has a unique chic atmosphere, comfortable outdoor patio area, and offers delicious food items from fat cat and pastries from TSP Bakery ( 2 excellent local places in tricities). I love the iced & blended Matcha's, a few iced coffee drinks and the brand of tea they carry. I've purchased tea in the past, but today I was charged $6.40 for a small 16oz hot tea with no flavoring or sweetener. Every place in town charges $2.85-$4.25 for hot tea. This price is outrageous.🤯😱 I can understand maybe an iced tea with special flavoring, but this is extreme. I will continue dropping by once in a while for their other offerings, but charging these prices for tea should really be evaluated."

"Super rad spot in West Richland, cozy and clean inside and very nice outdoor seating area. Awesome menu with killer menu of burritos and sandwiches as well as baked sweet treats. I had an iced vanilla latte and bout some locally made fat cat pineapple sauce to go. Coffee was phenomenal and so was the service. They also have beet and wine so I’m eager to return asap."
