"Food and drink are great. They were made by Ashley and she is so sweet! She was working her tail off, and with the amount of cars that were coming through on both sides, and the wait time that we had, she should’ve had someone else working with her for support. That was absolutely disappointing and disgusting of this company to not have two baristas working during this timeframe. Especially if they’re specifically asking for assistance, and you’re not willing to let them have others help… You should be ashamed of yourselves. There were bees that were taking over inside of there that she was having to work around and try not to get stung. That is a simple thing that you could easily fix. I have worked in coffee and our employers never treated us like this (and we also dealt with bees but they worked quickly to fix the issue). Do better. Ashley, thank you for your sweet attitude and joy in your shift even though your employer sucks."
