"Today I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito. When I got to work to eat about 15 mins after ordering the burrito I notice the flour tortilla was very sticky and raw looking. I tryed to open it up to put the salsa and it was just sticky and ripping apart. The meat was very over cooked and didn’t taste at all like chorizo. After I ate it about an hour later I got an upset stomach: it got so bad I had to leave work. So I called to let rhem know. They apologized. But didn’t even offer a refund. I messaged them asking for a refund thy saw my message and didn’t respond. Never again. Will I eat there. Food poisoning is horrible! I definitely do not recommend their breakfast burritos! I also will be making a report to the health district."

"My mom and I are regulars. They know she loves nonfat milk in her drinks, and usually have her order down. They always know that I like my Red Bulls too, and whenever we come here we are never disappointed with our drinks. The baristas are very friendly and I enjoy chatting with them when we come. I’ve bought food in the past as well and it tasted good. This place is my go to and I highly recommend. Love coming here after a long day at YVC and as my post gym treat."

"The Mocha Tree is one of the best coffee shops in Yakima for me. It might take a little while to get your drink or food, but it's worth it in the end. My favorite drink is a 32oz Caramallo with whip its caramel coffee with whipped cream. Mmmmmm..makes me want one right now. I've also had a burrito 🌯 in green salsa 😋it was really good and a warmed chocolate muffin. The service here is great. The genuine warmth conveyed through the welcoming smiles was immediately evident, creating an immediate sense of ease."

"Was disappointed twice with the Dubai drink. It's literally 20 dollars and I was expecting it to look like the picture. On their tiktok they put more toppings on it. The first time I went. The person said it was a soft top which I was confused. Went the next day and it was the same but with whip cream. I was not amazed by it. Also, I wanted to use a gift card and the person claimed to not know how to use it. Then in a rude tone she said" How are you going to pay for the rest of it?".🧍‍♀️I use to love this place but it will be my last time going. :/"

I never tip because of the costumer service is very bad always has an attitude and when she sees that I don’t tip she gets extremely rude the drinks are good horrible costumer service and the weight time is insane"
