"So grateful for the girls at this 7 brew. I come at least once a week and they almost never get my order wrong and this was the one time I went back to have them remake it which wasn't a big deal whatsoever! They had such great customer service and I totally recommend. I get a 7 fizz with blue razz, white chocolate, and toasted marshmallow add cream for reference."

"This was my second time here! First, i hate the fact that you must know what you’re going to order before you get there because there is no menu to look at if line is backed up. Second, most “Not all” employees are clueless and running around like they don’t know what they’re doing. Today, just a few minutes ago. I stopped there with whole family 5of us. We ordered come up to pay, guy handing drinks hands over 4drinks and I’m waiting for the last drink “mine”! And few minutes later, he asked what am I waiting for? Told him im missing one drink, he asked another girl and she said I don’t know! I think is that one sitting there. He asked another girls and she said, smell it! He proceeded to open the lid and puts it closed to his nose smells it a couple times and says i’m not sure hands it over to other girl and same thing puts her nose in it and confirms it is my drink! The guy hands it over and says here’s your drink, I’m not germaphobic or anything but after looking at them passing my cup of coffee through all of them I refused to accept it and he literally didn’t even apologize or said anything. Will definitely not be back!"

"Ugh my sister went to 7B today to get a free ornament with purchase of 2 drinks(she ordered 4 medium drinks) and they told her they ran out 2 orders before ours so she got no free gift. This is my second time going for jackpot day and getting nothing. It's a little upsetting when there is 4 hours left of jackpot Hour. I think they should have the free gifts better stocked because waiting in that long of a line to not get what I went of is so sad. But the staff is always nice and the drinks are good. But seems to be a waste of my time waiting for jack pot days"

"I've gone a handful of times and normally it's been good and has flavor. I only get iced coffee and I've gotten typically just the smooth 7. I switched it up and got an iced caramel macchiato and asked if it was made with just caramel sauce or also with vanilla and they said they can make it with both. So I asked for an iced caramel macchiato with vanilla syrup added and when I got it, it didn't look anything like a caramel macchiato. Looked like a latte. It wasn't layered like usual. No caramel sauce and no flavor what so ever. Tasted like I was drinking a watered down drip coffee over ice with milk. As a barista I was very disappointed that a drink like that so easy to make tasted so bad. Unfortunately it was a waste of money for me cause it was so bad. Wasn't good at all."

"Have been here twice now. First time was awesome, but second visit one of our coffees tasted like they put banana syrup in it. They must've gotten the syrups mixed up or got our drink mixed up with some else's. Other than that mix up, fantastic employees and quick service!"
