"The croissants here are the real deal—flaky, rich, and totally worth the splurge. I usually grab mine to go, so I can’t say much about the atmosphere beyond the usual Brookfield strip mall setup. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Staff is friendly, though if there are a few people in line, don’t expect lightning speed. That said, quality takes time, and it’s worth the wait. Just get there early—once they sell out, you’re out of luck. Prices aren’t cheap, but the quality is top-notch. Definitely an expensive treat, not your everyday stop. Top Tom Tip: Once you’ve loaded up on $50 worth of croissants, they’ll flip that iPad around with 15% as the starting tip suggestion. Bring cash if you’d rather control the tip. "I love love love this place. I found them at the Brookfield farmers market and when I found out they had a store I was thrilled! The rotating specialty croissants and so fun! I've tried the bacon cheddar, the brownie cream cheese and the crookie. (Please make the crookie a regular I'm obsessed.) The regular chocolate croissants are always my go to. The coffee is phenomenal and the flavors are fun. The fresh baguettes make a wonderful addition to dinner or lunch. Not to mention the two people who I've seen working the counter are SO NICE. They're always welcoming and answer any questions you may have without being annoyed. I've recommended this place to so many people."

"I got a raspberry cream pastry and one of the spring special lattes called the White lotus. Everything was super tasty and the lady who was working was the sweetest. She told me about the owner and how she freshly makes the pastries everyday. Definitely a little hidden gem in the mall."

"Tried a new place today and what a delight!!! All the French pastry is made by scratch. Light, flakey and buttery. This is the real deal. S'mores Latte was on point. My coffee was good but could of been stronger (personal preference). Fast and friendly service. Prices are fair for what you are getting. Not much seating inside but there were tables outside and it was fine. All in all, a wonderful place that will definitely get repeat visits from me!!"
