"After a long Friday shift, with my last stop in Columbus, Wisconsin, I decided I had earned a good cup of coffee. Around noon, I remembered a place I had seen on TikTok called The Coffee Garage and to my surprise, it was only about two minutes away. After finishing up a refrigerator compressor replacement, I headed over. I arrived around 12:05 and it wasn’t very busy, which made the experience even better. There were a few staff members behind the counter and a cook in the kitchen, and they sure as heck made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I was honestly impressed by how well put together the menu was. They offer a great selection of coffee, smoothies, and breakfast options. My order came out quickly, and the cook was kind enough to let me know my food was hot and to be careful always appreciated after a long workday. I ended up sitting there for about an hour and noticed quite a few customers coming in who clearly knew the staff by name. That kind of hometown connection is something you just don’t get at a big chain coffee shop. I also loved how they kept parts of the old auto shop design you can still see where the garage door once was, which gives the place a lot of character. Great coffee, great people, and a place that feels like it belongs to the community. I’ll definitely be back friends and I can’t wait till my next visit! Stay safe out there."
