"Quality ingredients and the food is made with love. The entrees and sides alike are well balanced. Perfect mix of health-conscious and great-tasting. I’m also a huge fan of the inclusion of thunderbird bakery’s sourdough bread! I haven’t tried the drinks, but I can tell you the food is a good value. Don’t let the “health” aspect of this place fool you. It’s delicious."

"Super cute farmhouse clean style and atmosphere, and nice staff. Has a small-town feel. I got a PB cold brew protein smoothie. I love that they offer protein smoothies to go! Hopefully, they expand on the flavors one day. I'm a gf only person and they had choices for us! They made it quick and fresh in front of us! However, we went after the morning rush hours on a Tuesday. The tables were clean. Got a parking spot up front. Didn't need to order ahead today. So far I think this tiny Cafe is exactly what FDL needs for this side of town! I'm super excited I tried it."

"The food was very good and true to its name, “fresh.” I liked everything but the salad dressing that came with the sweet potato bowl (too vinegary). I really wanted to give this place a 5 but service was not friendly. First time there and was not treated nicely. Just kind of felt like the individual taking my order was cold and hated her job- which sucks because you should be promoting a positive atmosphere if you’re serving up fresh eats- you’re trying to make people feel good about paying $12 for a salad!! Probably won’t be back unless I’m desperate to try a $6 protein shake."
