"I got excellent experience here at this location. The food was amazing fresh and hot tho I got it for to go. Highly recommend to try their signature butterburger . Good thing you can modify what you like on your burger. I will be back to try their ice cream, custard I heard it’s good"

"The manager was unprofessional, rude the co-workers there did a good job but the management was a snooty wannabe girl boss. When I called regarding some items missing on an order I placed. I could care less about the loss. It's how she was suddenly defensive, as there was no wrongdoing. Like there was an underlying issue on who was right and wrong. Abruptly cut off when trying to discuss and resolve the discrepancy. Im not one of these dudes foaming at the mouth pissed off at the counter. nobody's perfect. I make mistakes every day. But this girl boss came across as there was no mistake and there was, I don't have time for it, but they make enough money. The corporation's big enough.There's other places you can go if not make your own meal and stop eating garbage.This is a wake up call for me and a new year's resolution.No more fast food, processed garbage.Because that's what it is, look around green bay. Obesity is on steroids."

"I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches and no tomato and they add the tomato plus they charge me for the tomato that they were supposed to have taken off for $.50 for each one plus I had orders of onion rings and they forgot to put that in our bag, no napkins no ketchup or utensils. Nothing like that and that employee was rude when I got my food when I called back and complaining that they did not put my onion rings in the bag and came back to the store almost threw the onion rings through the window at me basically not no apology. Nothing that’s not how you should treat. Customers are the ones that are supporting their paychecks."

"I ordered my usual, Mushroom & Swiss double basket with fries and a Coke. First off, the woman at the window, I wanted to sit and chat with her over lunch. What a great person; I wish I would have read her name tag. She talked to me like not only a person but a valuable customer. Lots of smiles and eye contact; she presented like she truly enjoyed her job and that'll be why I stop at this location more often. Usually I stop in Marinette if I want Culvers when traveling, but I'll be mindful of this location when in Green Bay. The Mushroom & Swiss was actually the best one I've had to date. The bun was fresh and nicely toasted, the burger was very juicy and not overcooked, and there was a nice balance of cheese and mushrooms. I've had quite a few from other locations that were dry and almost old tasting. Not this one. I gave a 4 star rating because the fries were cold and the Coke tasted nearly flat; but the service and the burger quickly made up for this."

"Sat for Ever in drive thru as many cars came and went in other lane. So i moved to other lane , only to have them start take many more orders in that one. All from cars that got there after me.Then the guy at the window and manager were So rude and couldnt get a simple 1 item order rite , 4 tries before they got it. Culver sure went down hill ffom many years ago. My wife recorded the whole thing , will be posting on line so everyone can see what ignorate people work there."
