"The location was a coffee shop previously, and Tazza is still a bit in the process of moving in, I think. The complex sign still says Crystal Coffee, but the building signage has been updated. I may have to revisit my review in a few weeks after they've been here longer. The coffee is decent, though not a lot of wow factor for the price. I got a chai latte and a dark roast coffee. The chai was good, and the coffee was okay. I also got an onion and mushroom kringle, which was decent. Bonus points for having clearly labeled vegan options, though! Service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I'd definitely go back."

"WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I try and avoid giving businesses a 1 star review (let alone one star across the board) but I had to make an exception for this place. My group of 3 were the only people there at 11:00 AM and we were standing further for the counter while looking at the menu and what we wanted to order. The person working the counter gave us about 10 seconds before rolling their eyes at us for not knowing what we had wanted yet (again we are the only people there) we place our orders and take a seat while we wait. My friends coffee gets dropped off, but one that was dropped off was the wrong order. I wait about 10 minutes and I still don’t have my coffee or food (still the only people there). During this time my friend noticed they did not get what they ordered. I go up to the person at the counter and let them know an order is wrong and that I had not gotten my coffee and sandwich yet. He rolls his eyes and says he will get on it. I wait again and I get a piece of bread with ham on it…….. I ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon egg and cheese. (Still the only people in there) I tell them politely again they some of our orders are still wrong. Finally got the correct orders after that. Worst customer service ever, employees were extremely mean to my friends and I during the whole situation and did not apologize ever, and the amount of whispering and eye rolls when we were ordering or just asking for help was extremely rude and uncalled for when we were extremely polite."
